About Business:I am a realtor/investor/consultant specializing in coastal property and specifically Fripp Island, Harbor Island, St. Helena Island, Historic Beaufort and deep water properties. I have over 25 years experience in real estate including investment, development and construction. In Atlanta, I spent 15 years as a practicing architect including 8 years owning and managing an architectural company providing services for real estate investors/developers. Our six years in real estate in Beaufort has been very focused on investment property, specifically second homes. I’ve been able to utilize my experience to assist my clients with their real estate needs whether they are selling their home or purchasing their next investment. Because I am a real estate investor I have a good understanding of the market and real estate values. I understand 1031 tax deferred exchanges and can guide you to the right sources to complete successfully. Beach Houses For Sale
In the spring of 2000 my wife and I bought an oceanfront beach home in Beaufort, South Carolina. It was our first vacation home and it began our family love affair with historic Beaufort and the low country of South Carolina. Our frequent visits to Beaufort to enjoy our beach home also provided opportunities to continue our personal investment in other coastal properties. We quickly became immersed in it and the vacation rental business. In 2003 we formalized a property management company specializing in vacation rentals. Shortly thereafter we took a leap of faith and in the spring of 2004 we decided to permanently relocate to Beaufort for business reasons but most importantly for a new lifestyle that permited us to raise our children in the low country. We said goodbye to Atlanta our home for 30 years. We absolutely love that we are raising our girls living on a tidal creek near a historic town that we adore!!!!!
